My client is a friendly, supportive structural engineering consultancy based near High Wycombe, and they are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Structural engineer to join a growing team. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with the design and analysis of structural projects across a variety of sectors.
  • Working closely with experienced engineers from concept through to construction.
  • Preparing calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
  • Attending site visits and client meetings.
  • Developing your technical knowledge with structured mentoring and training.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Approximately one year’s experience within a structural engineering consultancy.
  • A solid understanding of structural design principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for learning.
