We’re looking for a skilled Calibration and Service Engineer to help maintain our high standards of weighing, blending, and process control.
Job Details
- Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonuses
- Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Location: Brindley Ford, Stoke On Trent
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate calibration of a range of instruments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Travel to client locations to service and maintain equipment, ensuring efficient operation.
- Diagnose and resolve technical, electrical, and mechanical issues, minimizing downtime.
- Document service records, calibration certificates, and reports to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional technical support and guidance.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service or Calibration Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of calibration processes and industry standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and client rapport building.
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
