Every year ELEMIS hires 10 seasonal temps in our Customer Care team to help us through peak trade. We’re looking for friendly, positive, and confident communicators to join our buzzing Customer Care team at ELEMIS, the No.1 British skincare brand! As a Customer Care Consultant, you will deliver a supportive, luxury service to our customers by answering all inbound calls and queries across all channels (phone, live chat, and email).
Key activities include making bookings, placing orders, dealing with enquiries, handling complaints, and making effective product and treatment recommendations to ensure our customers have the best possible experience aligned with our brand values. You will report to the Team Leader and be supported by a friendly team of Customer Care colleagues.
Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week). Days: Monday to Friday, with some additional Saturday shifts possible. Times: Shift times vary; some days 9am‑5:30pm, others 10am‑6:30pm. Hybrid: Three office days at our Filton site, two days working from home after initial training. Location: Our office is based in Filton, Bristol; parking available on site. Start Date: Temps start in two waves, beginning of October and November. End Date: 31st December. Please ensure you have no holidays booked during this peak time!

What Will You Do?
Customer Care:
- Answer all calls, live chat, and emails within agreed timescales.
- Ensure all calls, live chats, emails, and bookings are made accurately.
- Turn around any orders, bookings, enquiries, and complaints within 24‑48 hours, striving for first‑time resolution.
- Make outgoing calls to customers, including spa booking confirmations.
- Contact courier companies with delivery queries on behalf of the customer; process necessary paperwork such as claim forms.
Brand Ambassador:
- Perform online and offline lifestyle consultations according to customer requirements.
- Make effective product and treatment recommendations to encourage purchase and appropriate bookings.
- Educate self with updated product information, promotions, and offers; actively participate in coaching and training sessions.
- Upsell and cross‑sell to benefit the company and the client.
Organisation:
- Follow policy and procedures accurately; deal with enquiries satisfactorily and elevate where necessary.
- Actively record internal notes on all systems.
- Action, log, and record product reactions following company procedures.
- Ensure GDPR and data protection are followed.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Great communication skills – deep listening and empathetic, professional response.
- Problem‑solving skills – investigate, think on feet, and find solutions.
- Experience in a customer service or customer‑facing role; open to candidates from retail, hospitality, administration, or customer care. Love to connect with people and offer luxury service.
- Sales experience – able to maximise sales opportunities.
- General computer literacy and knowledge of office equipment.
