We’re looking for an experienced Implementation & Training Consultant to deliver successful software implementations across our client’s technology portfolio.
You’ll guide customers through the implementation journey, from planning and configuration to go‑live, ensuring a smooth rollout and excellent user adoption. A key part of the role is delivering engaging customer training and onboarding, both remotely and on‑site, helping users gain confidence and maximise the value of the solution. You’ll also work closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience delivering software implementations or customer onboarding projects.
- Experience providing customer training, workshops or user enablement.
- Strong customer‑facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of software configuration, integrations and data migration.
- Excellent organisation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM or project management tools.
