WLMG are looking to recruit Sales Executives for our busy dealership in Reading. If you’re enthusiastic, confident and motivated to succeed, you’ll find a sales career that works for you.

About the role

As a WLMG Sales Executive, you’ll handle sales enquiries via the internet, telephone or in person with enthusiasm, confidence and purpose. You’ll focus on giving customers the best possible experience, maintaining professionalism and integrity, spotting sales opportunities, and succeeding in a target‑based environment. No previous sales experience is required – we provide full training and support.

Responsibilities

  • Sell our range of new and used cars with enthusiasm and dedication in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively with others to ensure delivery deadlines are met and promises are delivered.
  • Maintain customer records and stay in touch with existing clients to ensure a great after‑sales experience.
  • Manage your customer database to create new opportunities and ensure existing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain great standards in the showroom, including point of sale and photography for our website.
  • Create and send customised video presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of their chosen car.
  • Ensure all sales are fully compliant with Finance Conduct Authority legislation.
  • Learn key specifications of vehicles in stock.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll be highly organised and confident managing your duties to look after customers to the highest level.
  • Strong attention to detail – you’ll get things right the first time for our customers.
  • A positive attitude and the drive to achieve targets.
  • Possession of a full driving licence held for a minimum of one year.
  • Professional and friendly manner, with a great telephone manner.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and ability to multi‑task within a busy environment.
  • The ability to work both in a team and independently.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: Up to £50,000 per year, including commission.

Additional Pay: Commission pay, additional leave, company car, referral programme.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekend availability.
