Field Lead, Domiciliary Care (6-Month FTC)

Bryson Charitable Group is seeking a Temporary Field Worker for a 6-month FTC in the Limavady area. The role involves initial visits, assessing service users’ needs, and conducting annual monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months experience in domiciliary or social care settings, a driving license, and a flexible work approach. The position requires supporting Care Workers outside office hours and managing operations in the absence of the Service Manager.
