About this opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially focused Product Manager to join our Product Development and Partnerships team, shaping the future of credit cards through innovative propositions and strategic co‑branded partnerships with well‑known brands and global networks such as Visa and Mastercard. In this role, you’ll sit at the centre of our partnership products, working closely with external partners and internal teams to deliver strong commercial performance while creating great customer outcomes. You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day partner relationships, building trust, ensuring alignment on priorities, campaigns and long‑term plans, and supporting governance, reporting and ongoing collaboration. You’ll monitor portfolio performance, using data and insight to understand acquisition, spend, engagement and profitability drivers, and turn insights into action in partnership with colleagues across Product, Marketing, Risk, Analytics and Operations. You’ll also support campaign delivery and initiatives that grow and evolve our partnerships, and contribute to shaping the proposition itself – from features and rewards through to customer journeys, activation and engagement.

  • Strong commercial mindset with a good understanding of P&L drivers and performance metrics
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Confidence working with data to generate insights and inform decision‑making
  • Strong organisational and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Desirable Skills

  • Exposure to credit card products or consumer lending
  • Experience in cross‑functional environments involving marketing, analytics, and risk teams

  • Share schemes including free shares
  • Benefits that can be tailored to lifestyle, such as discounted shopping
  • 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
  • Range of wellbeing initiatives and generous parental leave policies
