Office Manager – Construction

Our client, a well-established construction company based in Redruth, is looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of their busy office. This is a key role managing a small team of 4 office staff, ensuring smooth operations and providing administrative support to the wider business.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and supporting a team of 4 office staff.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day administration of the office.
  • Ensuring office processes and procedures are efficient and effective.
  • Coordinating workloads and maintaining high standards across the team.
  • Liaising with directors, site teams, suppliers, and clients.
  • Managing office systems, records, and documentation.
  • Supporting HR, payroll, and general business administration where required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing or supervising an office team.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, proactive, and confident approach.
