Qualifications
- Significant experience in a busy administrative environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong ICT skills, including Office 365
- Experience using MIS systems (e.g. SIMS or Arbor)
- Ability to analyse data and maintain accurate records
- Strong understanding of compliance, confidentiality and safeguarding
- Ability to work independently and lead others effectively
