We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator on behalf of a boutique real estate investment and asset management business with a portfolio of urban industrial and retail properties across Greater London and the South East.
This is a key operational role within a small, professional team, supporting senior management and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices, coordinating approvals, and preparing online payments across multiple entities
- Managing utilities and business rates, including change-of-tenancy administration
- Maintaining accurate records across Xero, Re-Leased, and Monday.com
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, together with electronic and physical filing systems
- Liaising with suppliers, service providers, and tenants on administrative matters
- General office management, including facilities and office supplies
- Supporting company filings, reporting, and correspondence
- Welcoming visitors and coordinating meetings
Candidate Profile
Essential
- Previous experience in an Office Administrator or similar operational support role
- Strong Microsoft Office, Teams, and Office 365 administration skills
- Experience using accounting software, ideally Xero
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in financial administration
- Organised, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Desirable
- Experience with Re-Leased or similar property management software
- Previous experience within real estate, property management, or professional services
Working Pattern
- Part-time: 3–5 days per week
- Minimum of 3 days per week office-based
- Salary: £40,000–£50,000 FTE (pro rata), depending on experience
