Senior Project Manager Construction
A prime residential refurbishment main contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for looking after 2 £2 – £10 million Prime Refurbishment/ new builds in Surrey / London.
The Project Manager will join a young and hungry team with a desire to push on and become one of the best Prime Resi Main contractors over the next 5 years.

The company is currently experiencing a flurry of winning multiple contracts alongside a currently impressive portfolio of jobs. It is a lean intimate+ strong team, turning over approximately £15 million with over 15 years of experience in the market as a business, plus more as individuals.
They have a great reputation, get to work on some of London and the home counties finest properties, and are experiencing good growth.
The Project Manager’s Role
The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the program, design, reporting and day to day management.
The Project Manager – Requirements
- Prime / High end residential experience
- Managing multiple £2+ million budgets simultaneously
- Exposure to prime refurbishments + new builds
- Excellent organisational & team management skills
- Good computer skills
