Japanese MMO Community Lead – Growth & Localization

Soulbound is seeking a dedicated individual to build and manage our Japanese community from the ground up. You’ll establish our presence in Japan by managing a Discord channel and engaging with local content creators and players, ensuring our communications resonate culturally.

The ideal candidate will be a native Japanese speaker with fluent English, deep MMO experience, and a strong understanding of Japanese gaming culture. This role combines community management with cultural localization in a vibrant gaming environment.
