Company Description
Wise is a global technology company building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Whether people and businesses are sending money across borders, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save money. As part of our team, you will help create an entirely new network for the world’s money.
Job Description
Wise Business is becoming a substantial part of Wise’s impact – we help over 700 000 active businesses move roughly £25 billion per month. The domain currently consists of two teams – one focused on growth and another on risk – and we have budgeted for a new team that you will build immediately and continue to grow. You will own the strategic direction and product vision for new card and local payment solutions, the go‑to‑market strategy, and help the teams execute this vision.
The acquiring domain serves around 40 000 merchants with payment links and multi‑currency invoices, helping them get paid to roughly £400 million per quarter and growing 30%+ QoQ. The goal for the upcoming quarter is to launch ecommerce checkout solutions.

- Build and lead a new product team, recruit and mentor product managers.
- Collaborate with growth, risk, marketing, and engineering teams to execute the vision.
- Drive product launches, including marketing, launch, and post‑launch measurement.
- Prioritise technical investments, reduce tech debt, and guide the product roadmap.
- Measure impact using data, customer research, and financial metrics.

- You’ve taken a product to market: worked with marketing on a new product launch.
- You have leadership experience, led 2 or more PMs.
- Excellent product management skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer‑focus – You’ve worked on a product with thousands or even millions of customers, ran surveys or research, and interviewed people who used your product. You’re able to define the customer impact of product investments.
- You’re data‑driven – You can dive into data to identify opportunities and measure impact. You prioritise value to customers and can get the company behind you by telling data‑rich stories.
- You have a good technical understanding – help your team prioritise technological investments, tech debt reduction, bugs and new features.
- Communicating clearly and logically – You frame problems to influence across the team and communicate with internal and external partners.
