Corporate Associate / Senior Associate – (4–7 PQE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented corporate lawyer to join a highly regarded and market‑leading corporate finance team in Scotland.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of high‑quality domestic and cross‑border transactions, advising an impressive client base including listed and private companies, institutional investors and high‑growth businesses across the UK and internationally.
The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload spanning M&A, investments, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory matters, with particular exposure to sectors including energy, technology, life sciences and food & drink.
You will work closely alongside specialists across banking, commercial, intellectual property, real estate and share schemes, providing a genuinely collaborative and multi‑disciplinary environment.
The Candidate
Applicants should:
- Be qualified in Scotland or another UK jurisdiction
- Have between 4–7 years’ PQE
- Possess strong corporate transactional experience gained within a recognised corporate practice
- Demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
- Be confident managing client relationships and working as part of a collaborative team
