Community Protection (Independent Living) – Lifeline Team Leader
£34,434 – £37,280 per annum
37 hours per week – Permanent Post
We are seeking two experienced Lifeline Team Leaders to join our essential Independent Living service. This is a frontline leadership role, ensuring effective day‑to‑day management of a highly valued service supporting some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
- Lead a vital, high‑impact community service supporting over 4,000 connected customers.
- Make a real difference to vulnerable residents across the district.
- Work in a role with genuine responsibility and autonomy.
- Be part of a service that works closely with emergency services and partners.
This is not a standard office‑based leadership role; you will:
- Lead teams working across extended hours and responding to real‑time needs.
- Support staff dealing with complex, sensitive and sometimes emergency situations.
