About the Role

Taking responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities and the management of the maintenance team, the Maintenance Manager ensures that jobs are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations during the stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocating responsibilities to the team, completing the daily job list and preventative maintenance schedules with an eye for detail and a passion for fixing things.
• Meeting time deadlines, liaising with contractors and taking responsibility for health and safety on the property.
• Being organised, an excellent communicator, and a hands‑on manager with excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel.
• Knowledge of electrics and health and safety.
• Computer literacy key for compliance and audit.
