The role

Join Schneider Electric as a Process Manager, leading the performance and optimisation of one of our core electrical switchgear & control-gear production lines. This high‑impact role combines people leadership and process excellence to drive safety, quality, and delivery performance.

What will you do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team
  • Own and continuously improve end‑to‑end manufacturing & testing processes
  • Drive Right‑First‑Time quality, reducing rework and delays
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and electrical standards
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve flow, efficiency, and productivity
  • Champion Lean / SPS continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate across engineering, production, quality, and planning
  • Support customer audits and witness testing

What will make you successful:

  • Proven people leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
  • Strong ability to drive performance, accountability, and engagement
  • Confident decision‑maker with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset
  • Understanding of electrical testing, HV/LV safety, or similar environments
  • Experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement tools
  • Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent experience in Engineering or Manufacturing
