deVere Group is part of a global financial services group operating across 100+ countries. We are recruiting for our international trainee programme starting July 2026.
This is an entry-level Business Development Associate role designed to build future financial advisors through structured international training and placement.
About the opportunity
You will be trained and supported in a client-facing, business development environment, developing core skills in:
- Telephone communication and client outreach
- Lead generation and follow-up activity
- Networking and relationship building
- Supporting experienced international advisors in a performance-driven environment
This is a hands-on role focused on communication, activity, and measurable results.
Training and progression
- Onboarding begins in our Malta, Dubai or Mauritius academies
- Placement in an international office upon successful completion
- Full relocation support is provided, including flights and accommodation
Who we are looking for
- Comfort working in a performance-driven, client-facing environment
- Background or interest in sales, business development, retail, hospitality, sport, or similar people-focused roles
- A clear motivation to build a long-term international career
This position is not suitable for candidates seeking accounting, audit, financial analysis, or back-office roles.
It is a client-facing, business development opportunity and will not align with those seeking a purely technical or analytical career path.
