Centara Ltd is a surveying business based in Normanton, West Yorkshire. We are expanding our survey team with an experienced Utility Surveyor. A full clean driving licence is required.

What you’ll be doing:

• Undertaking site work using GPR and EML techniques for on‑site service clearance in preparation for intrusive site investigation works.
• Processing and drafting utility mapping projects to PAS128 standards.
• Managing ongoing projects.
• Liaising with external clients and internal site investigation teams for project scheduling.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in utility mapping surveys using electromagnetic detection and ground penetrating radar.
• Aptitude to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to contribute ideas and suggestions.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, with diligence, integrity and ambition.
• Willingness to travel around the UK.
• Adherence to technical and operating procedures with strong health and safety awareness.
