The Opportunity
Role Purpose
As Business Development Manager, you will lead new business development efforts for the London studio, building senior client relationships and shaping strategic partnerships across medium and large organisations. You will work directly alongside the founding partners, operating as a key commercial voice in a lean, senior team.

Your work will directly unlock growth in the UK market, connecting ambitious organisations with high-impact consultancy engagements spanning CX strategy, AI-led transformation, service design, and digital development. You will shape commercial conversations that genuinely move the needle for clients and the business alike.

This is a high-ownership role with the freedom to build your own commercial approach. You will have direct exposure to founding partners and senior client stakeholders from day one, with the opportunity to grow into a defining leadership position as the UK practice scales. Equity packages are also on the table for the right person.
About You
- A background in consultative sales within management consultancy, strategic design, service design, customer experience, or adjacent advisory environments
- Proven ability to build and develop senior stakeholder relationships, taking an account-led approach rather than high-volume outbound activity
- Commercially minded with the strategic credibility to hold ambiguous, senior-level conversations from day one
- Comfortable selling human capital and strategic capability rather than a defined product or fixed service
- Self-directed and independent, with the openness to ask for support when needed
- Low‑ego, hands‑on and collaborative: someone who contributes beyond a narrow job scope
- An understanding of AI tools or AI‑led transformation is a strong plus
