Mobile Telecoms Programme Manager

Location: Highburton, West Yorkshire

Shift: 40 Hours – Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a Mobile Telecoms Programme Manager to support telecoms clients, managing day‑to‑day activities, client relationships and works programmes in a fast‑paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication and timely responses to all enquiries.
  • Support Operations teams in managing contracts in line with client specifications and company standards, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, set up tasks and coordinate access requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to efficiently manage jobs, including site visits, laboratories and reporting.
  • Monitor workload, support resource planning, attend client meetings and ensure KPIs are achieved.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, with a self‑driven approach and a focus on achieving results.
  • Proven experience of managing customer expectations and building strong working relationships.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workloads.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of asbestos and/or telecoms is desirable, but not essential for a fast learner.
