Programme Manager (Lifelong Engagement) – Atlantic Fellows for Social and Economic Equity
Salary from £43,277 to £51,714 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £55,497 pa inclusive of London allowance. This is a fixed‑term appointment until December 2028.
The Programme Manager will promote the global engagement and impact of Atlantic Senior Fellows in Social and Economic Equity and the AFSEE programme. The role involves providing operational, programmatic and strategic support with specific responsibilities for Senior Fellow engagement (alumni), content and communications, and overall planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational, programmatic and strategic support to the AFSEE programme.
- Engage and support Senior Fellows and alumni in global initiatives.
- Develop and deliver creative and professional content for targeted audiences.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate programme activities and events.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience working in an international membership‑based organisation, community or network.
- Experience designing and delivering creative and professional content to targeted audiences.
- Experience working effectively as part of a global team.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Proven excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Evidence of strong interpersonal skills and an ability to engage and influence contacts at all levels, internally and externally.
- Demonstrable skills in working efficiently, with tact and diplomacy, and dealing with people from diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive, positive, pragmatic problem‑solving approach.
- Evidence of a positive, enthusiastic and creative approach, with a drive to develop new initiatives.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and use own initiative.
