Hours

• Regularly contacting existing clients to promote new and seasonal products
• Managing and maintaining customer pricing
• Conducting outbound calls to cold prospects and lapsed customers
• Analysing customer purchasing trends to identify sales opportunities
• Keeping customer records accurate and compliant
