Ready to join us?This is a permanent, full-time, daytime role working Monday to Friday and offers a salary up to £37,672.00 per annum plus car allowance.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in delivering a flexible, varied and robust facilities service across all sites, while assisting with day-to-day activities and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in line with company Environmental, Safety, Health and Quality (ESH+Q) policies and procedures.Support smooth running of UK sites and facilities operationsMonitor services (maintenance, cleaning, waste) and follow up issuesCoordinate repairs and contractor activitiesEnsure compliance and statutory checks are completedMaintain communication with suppliers and site teamsManage Facilities systems and recordsRespond to urgent issues and escalate where neededSupport ordering of materials and suppliesProfileStrong FM and contractor coordination skillsGood understanding of compliance requirementsProactive, organised and adaptableStrong communication and stakeholder skillsGood IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Detail-oriented, able to prioritise workloadHands-on, flexible and solutions-focused mindsetWhat do we offer?Our people are at the heart of what we do.
