Shift Service Leader — Elevate Customer Experience

Rheged in Penrith is seeking a Service Leader for its Filling Station. In this hands-on role, you will lead shifts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and adherence to brand standards. You will be responsible for deploying staff according to customer demand, supporting training initiatives, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership and communication abilities, with prior experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred. Full training will be provided to those entering the role without fuel experience.
