Join our dynamic UK & Ireland Engineering team as a Digital Project Manager, where you will lead the charge in delivering innovative digital and BIM solutions for live substation projects. Imagine coordinating the seamless integration of information, models, and workflows while adhering to ISO 19650 principles. You will take the helm in managing project‑level BIM delivery, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Your proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and risk management will empower project teams to produce compliant, value‑adding information, making a significant impact on our project execution and standards compliance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will lead the daily digital and BIM delivery activities on assigned projects, serving as the primary contact for all digital matters.
- Implement and maintain the project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring clarity and adherence among all contributors and suppliers.
- Coordinate digital delivery activities across engineering disciplines and suppliers to enhance alignment and efficiency.
- Ensure the effective use of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for information sharing, promoting it as the single source of truth.
- Apply ISO 19650 principles to workflows, overseeing model coordination processes to maintain design integrity and conducting quality assurance checks on digital deliverables.
What You Bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- With over 5 years of experience in a BIM or digital delivery role, you have a proven track record in managing project‑level BIM delivery in line with ISO 19650 standards.
- You are a BRE Global BIM Certified Practitioner and an Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Revit or Navisworks.
- Your technical proficiency includes BIM coordination software, 3D modeling, clash detection, and quality control processes.
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills, along with analytical and troubleshooting abilities to effectively address challenges.
