Business Analyst (iOS, Android, eCommerce)

BUSINESS ANALYST (iOS, Android & eCommerce)

£450.00 per day for 12 months Outside IR35. UK or EU based (occasional London visits preferred). Requires retail, eCommerce, iOS and Android experience.

• Experience in iOS and Android for retail and eCommerce.
• Worked closely with Design, User Experience, Product and Tech.
• Experience liaising with international teams and working outside core hours (not weekends).

Requirements & Analysis

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to capture functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Proactively analyse business and user needs, translating these into clear, actionable requirements.
• Identify and address constraints (e.g., legal, privacy, and compliance).
• Map existing processes, highlighting gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Delivery & Quality Assurance

• Write user stories with acceptance criteria, modifying and splitting requirements as appropriate.
• Lead refinement and user story definition sessions.
• Support a multitude of teams in understanding requirements and validating implementation.

Rates depend on experience and client requirements.
