Duty Manager – Fitness and Wellbeing Club St Albans FWC

Contract: Permanent, part‑time (up to 24 hours per week). Salary up to £29,972.33 pro rata depending on experience, plus sales commission.

About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of our Fitness & Wellbeing Club, prioritise member satisfaction, lead and support colleagues, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the club on your shift.
  • Prioritise member satisfaction and foster strong relationships.
  • Lead by example, support colleagues and uphold quality standards.
  • Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting benefits.
  • Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing issues promptly.
  • Help achieve sales targets and contribute to club revenue.
  • Maintain swimming proficiency; train for Lifeguard cover.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrable sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
