- Advanced expertise in benefits programs, regulations, and cross-border considerations.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to manage complex scenarios independently.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver in fast‑paced global environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, translating complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS/benefits administration systems.
- Proactive, forward‑thinking mindset with focus on process improvement, operational excellence, and use of emerging technologies (e.g., AI); multilingual skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands‑on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI‑powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day management and delivery of benefits programs across assigned countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with Moody’s global standards.
- Independently manage complex benefit cases, escalations, and problem resolution, exercising sound judgment and expertise.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations, with a strong focus on data integrity and quality.
- Oversee data accuracy and governance within benefits administration systems, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for employee benefit inquiries, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members as needed.
- Lead and support key operational processes such as open enrollment, leave of absence coordination, and benefits onboarding/offboarding activities across multiple countries.
- Manage relationships with vendors and internal partners to ensure service delivery meets agreed service levels and business expectations.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve vendor or system issues, driving root‑cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
- Maintain, enhance, and standardize benefits documentation, including SOPs, employee communications, and regulatory submissions.
- Analyze service metrics, employee feedback, participation, and cost data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support and lead audits, complex data validation activities, and regulatory or compliance reporting requirements.
- Play a key role in the implementation, optimization, and governance of benefits systems, tools, and employee self‑service platforms.
- Lead or actively contribute to global and regional benefits projects, including harmonization efforts, system implementations, and process standardization initiatives.
- Stay current on legislative developments, market trends, and best practices to proactively recommend enhancements to benefit programs and operations.
- Champion the use of AI‑driven tools and automation to improve efficiency, scalability, personalization, and overall employee experience.
