Business Manager

LittleLondon Academy is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experiencedBusiness Manager to support the efficient and effective running of the academy.

Workingclosely with the Principal, you will lead on key business functions includingfinance, HR, administration, premises and health and safety, ensuring strongoperational support for the school.

Potentialapplicants should have:

• Experience of leading and managing teamseffectively.
• Strong financial, organisational and administrativeskills.
• A good understanding of HR processes, compliance andschool/business operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to build effective relationships.
• The ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlinesand work under pressure.
