The role of Sales Support Executive:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring accurate documentation and record‑keeping
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, appointments and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing proposals, sales reports and presentations
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain and update the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to support the sales teamContribute to the improvement of sales processes and procedures
The ideal Sales Support Executive:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a retail or sales support environment is advantageous
