The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience of working on projects that incorporate FOH or BOH fit‑outs in hospitality, restaurants or catering environments. Standard duties include managing a program of works, liaising with contractors, overseeing installations and building works, handling variations to specification, preparing snagging lists, and overseeing budgets and final financial costings. This is a work‑from‑home and onsite role with occasional visits to HQ in Hertfordshire.
The Desired Applicant
Ideally from a Project Manager background within hospitality but also consider applications from Project Managers with experience in commercial office fit‑out, construction that might have incorporated kitchen or dining areas, or any other building‑related Project Management background that has incorporated a food and beverage element.
