Your Experience
- You are an inspirational, operations-led manager and trainer with a track record of leading managers and team members, delivering quality food service operations and consistently exceeding business metrics.
- You are passionate, a brand advocate, and have experience working with franchisees or franchise-led environments to ensure your team are equally knowledgeable and positive when delivering the team values and a quality-focused customer service.
- You are a consummate coach and leader who drives individual high performance and develops people through regular one-to-ones and training sessions.
- You possess excellent listening, writing, communication, and people skills, enabling you to capitalize on your commercial flare.
Day to day
- Delivering training sessions and supporting, coaching, and managing your teams to go above and beyond business metrics.
- Implementing and maintaining brand standards, operational management processes, and delivering best practice to a diverse group of managers and operators.
- Planning, coordinating, training, and delivering projects and central operations-led initiatives that benefit all stores to maximize sales and profit.
- Splitting time between working in the office and occasional international travel.
