Responsibilities
Lead new build project delivery from inception to completion and hand‑over, with project values ranging from £5m to £15m. Manage projects in industrial, schools and retail sectors, ensuring high quality standards. Plan and manage site schedules, coordinating labour and subcontractors to meet programme deadlines.
Participate in initial design stages, chairing design meetings and ensuring clear communication of design intent to all parties.
Qualifications
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid certification
The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering complex New Build projects, a strong contracting background, and excellent organisational and leadership skills.
