Job Description
As a Customer Care Officer you will be a visible point of contact for residents, engaging through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days. You will ensure residents are aware of the works processes and communicate updates or changes accordingly. You will provide a high standard of customer care and aftercare – ensuring works are completed satisfactorily and managing expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams.
This role requires travel across Northeast London and Essex. A valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle are required.
Qualifications
Exceptional customer service and clear, confident communication are essential. Strong organisational and time‑management skills are required. The role involves managing potentially challenging situations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring residents feel informed, respected, and supported. Previous experience in a resident liaison role is beneficial but not essential. We seek a motivated, enthusiastic, and determined individual who can work independently and as part of a team, bringing energy and commitment to everything they do.
