Interview date: 10th July 2026

This role is required to work with vulnerable groups including children and any offer of employment or volunteering is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.

Internally you’ll be known as a Business Services Co‑ordinator (place based).

What it’s like to work here

Business Services is at the heart of ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our places. You’ll be part of the Facilities and Support Services team, working closely with colleagues across the property to support day‑to‑day operations and help deliver exceptional experiences for our visitors.

This varied role provides support across multiple areas of the business, from visitor enquiries and financial administration to compliance, record keeping and operational management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the property office runs effectively and that essential business processes are delivered to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our visitors, managing telephone and email enquiries and ensuring a welcoming, professional and efficient service at all times.

You’ll take the lead on the property’s cash and banking processes, ensuring accurate reconciliation, recording and handling of income. You’ll also manage filing systems and records, helping to maintain robust administrative processes and ensuring information is organised, accessible and compliant.

Working closely with the Facilities and Operations teams, you’ll support the delivery of compliance and health and safety requirements, helping to coordinate training records, documentation and operational processes.

As part of the Duty Management team, you’ll act as a key point of contact during operational hours, supporting the smooth running of the estate, responding to issues as they arise and helping ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors, volunteers and colleagues.
