Role Purpose
Take ownership of delivering high‑impact infrastructure projects and business‑critical initiatives, shaping a forward‑thinking roadmap that drives the continuous evolution of P2U infrastructure across all regions. Develop and deliver clear, results‑focused plans for strategic programs, working collaboratively with Service Operations to ensure every initiative supports meaningful service improvement and strengthens operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and plan the initiation of projects, ensuring scope is captured, documented and communicated to the team and key stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate and lead the Technical Work Stream and assigned team to deliver according to success factors and set goals.
- Handle day‑to‑day project management, including executive reporting, risk & issue management, resourcing, critical issues and engagement with internal and external partners.
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure communications are relevant and effective.
- Drive and support ongoing compliance with IT standards across delivered infrastructure services.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience in large‑scale infrastructure delivery (mid‑range servers, software and data migrations, Windows technology).
- Significant exposure to project management and delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
- Technical background with the ability to communicate in business terms.
- Experience delivering under pressure and against tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of company and ethical rules and regulations.
- Experience in application support, ideally within an ITIL framework.
- Experience with agile development/delivery teams and technical delivery management.
- Background contributing to the delivery of infrastructure projects.
