Risk Innovation Specialist
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape how risk works in practice at YBS—joining at a pivotal point in our enterprise risk transformation, supported by a newly implemented ServiceNow platform.
At the heart of enterprise risk transformation, in this role you’ll translate strategy into tangible, business-wide improvements and delivery – such as improving how risks are identified, managed and reported, strengthening control standards and using data to make better decisions at all levels of the company. This is an opportunity to take real ownership, influence across the organisation, and help embed a more data-led, efficient and consistent approach to risk management.
About the role
As a Risk Innovation Specialist, you’ll lead and support initiatives that strengthen risk management across the organisation, helping translate strategy into practical, effective outcomes. In addition you will:
Please Note: The team are currently working flexibly. Most of the team are working from home and coming into the Leeds office when needed for team meetings however, the office is always open if you would like to come in more often.
