Senior Product Designer – motorway

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for complex user problems, from research to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Shape and evolve the design language and systems across the product.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong design culture.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging product designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles, UX/UI design, and prototyping tools.
• Experience with user research methodologies and design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
