Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for overseeing and optimizing Naked Wolfe’s online retail performance. This role manages the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory visibility, and on-site merchandising. The Ecommerce Manager monitors key performance metrics, analyzes customer behavior, and implements strategies to increase conversion rates, average order value, and overall sales. Responsibilities include coordinating with marketing on digital campaigns, managing content updates, ensuring an efficient checkout experience, and collaborating with customer service and logistics to maintain smooth order fulfillment. The role also involves testing new features, maintaining best practices for UX and SEO, and providing regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting ecommerce metrics, customer data, and sales performance to drive informed decisions.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights and strategies clearly.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce operations, including platform management, merchandising, and optimization of the online customer journey.
  • Background in marketing, with familiarity in digital campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning to support online sales growth.
  • Demonstrated sales-oriented mindset, with experience setting and achieving revenue targets in an online retail environment.
  • Expert experience with ecommerce platform Shopify and Klaviyo, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and basic SEO principles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in fashion or DTC ecom is beneficial, along with a strong interest in contemporary fashion and digital trends.
