Title: Business Development Manager, Hospitality – Contract Fabrics
Area to be covered – London (more Clerkenwell than Chelsea Harbour)
Salary Range: £50,000 – £58,000 + 25% Bonus + Travel / Car Allowance
Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering contract textile collections for global hospitality, healthcare, cruise and commercial markets.
- Targeting projects such as Hotels, Pubs, Restaurants, Holiday Parks – with end users/owners, designers, and contractor companies being the route to promote and sell.
- Identifying new commercial opportunities, building strategic partnerships with A&D firms, and strengthening the organisation’s market position. The role combines market insight, relationship management, and commercial acumen to expand revenue streams and support long-term business strategy.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as customer experience, marketing and finance, to ensure proposals are competitive, profitable, and aligned with organisational goals.
- Record related client and project information per the framework of the CRM system.
- Acquire and share marketplace insights with the UK Sales Team, including monthly reports concerning product feedback, marketplace and internal/external factors affecting sales
- Analyse and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ascertain the pipeline
Requirements
- Must have some A&D / contract sales experience
