Role Description The Sales Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Leeds. This position involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products or services to drive sales and build long-term relationships. Daily responsibilities include welcoming customers, answering questions, providing product information, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also includes processing transactions, assisting with stock handling and unloading, and maintaining an organized and presentable sales area. The Sales Team Member collaborates closely with colleagues to meet sales targets, support promotional activities, and contribute to a positive team environment.Qualifications Full training provided for the right candidate.

  • Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships and provide a high-quality experience.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to clearly present product information and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to perform Unloading and basic stock handling tasks to keep the sales area well supplied and organized.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include basic numeracy and computer skills, reliability and attention to detail, prior experience in retail or sales, and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
