Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate new business leads.
- Promote and sell forklifts, warehouse equipment, and heavy machinery products.
- Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and sales agreements.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on payments and support accounts receivable collection when required.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in:
- Heavy Equipment
- Forklift / Material Handling Equipment
- Construction Machinery
- Industrial Equipment
- Warehouse Solutions
- Strong network within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, construction, or mining industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong business development abilities.
- Able to work independently and travel frequently for client visits.
