The Company:
Our client a fast-moving online fashion brand are looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Executive to help run and improve the Shopify storefront.
You’ll also have a strong eye for how a fashion ecommerce store should look and feel. You’ll spot when something’s off — spacing, imagery, product layout, the overall polish — and care about getting it right.
The Role:
- Implementing and configuring new Shopify apps — setting up the front-end appearance and the rules/logic that drive them (not the technical installation or custom development)
- Getting hands-on with our tools and platforms day to day, and helping roll out new ones as our stack evolves
- Testing, tweaking and improving the on-site experience across devices
- Using AI tools to speed up and sharpen your workflow wherever it makes sense
- Working closely with the wider ecommerce, marketing and creative teams to keep the site moving at pace
- A few years’ hands-on ecommerce experience, ideally on Shopify
- Comfortable and confident with systems, platforms and apps – technical enough to configure tools and set up rules, without needing to be a developer
- A fast learner who enjoys picking up new tools and isn’t fazed by change
- Already using AI to improve how you work, or genuinely keen to.
- A sharp eye for design and detail on fashion ecommerce stores – you know what “good” looks like
- Organised, proactive and happy owning tasks end to end
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Skills Required:
• Experience with common Shopify apps (reviews, upsell, search & merchandising, loyalty, etc.)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for small front-end tweaks
• Exposure to analytics tools and using data to guide decisions
