I’m currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing manufacturing company who are looking to add an experienced Account Manager to their vibrant and ambitious team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous account management experience who enjoys building strong customer relationships, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.
You’ll play a key role in managing your own customer portfolio, becoming a trusted point of contact for clients, and working closely with the wider sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
The role is a full-time permanent position based in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and developing existing customer accounts
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Acting as the main point of contact to understand and support customer needs
• Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business
• Handling customer enquiries and supporting sales opportunities
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a high level of service
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous Internal Sales / Account Management experience (essential)
• A strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
• Experience working towards and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
