Role: Account Director – Beauty & Wellness
Location: Cheshire (easily commutable from Manchester) | Hybrid – 3 days in office
Salary: £45,000 plus a genuinely generous commission structure

The role
You’ll lead a portfolio of high-profile clients, working directly with the Founder. You’ll genuinely own the relationship – not just be a point of contact. You’re the person founders and senior leaders call first.
- Strategic lead across beauty, wellness and aesthetics accounts
- Integrated campaigns across earned media, social and influencer
- Leading and developing a talented team
- Owning retention, growth and commercial performance

- Influencer campaigns with results to point to
- Beauty, wellness, health or consumer brand experience
- Client leadership – agency-side now, or agency-trained and now in-house, missing the pace.
