As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in our customer experience, assisting customers in exploring our unique product range and finding styles that complement their personal look. What you’ll be doing?
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets
- Utilize effective selling technique to maximize sales opportunities
- Encourage additional purchase though thoughtful spelling and cross- selling
- Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist the store manager in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional displays.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
- Work closely with team members to achieve common goals
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
- Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Perform inventory
- adhere to company policies and procedure to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
What you’ll ideally bring to the role?
- Passion for premium or luxury product
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
- Be able to see things through the customer’s eyes and body languages
- Excellent customer service skills
