About Nyxium
Nyxium is an infrastructure intelligence platform for data centers, energy, mining, and manufacturing. The platform pulls intelligence into one live deployability framework, managing each project across its lifecycle from siting to operation, watching for risks, flagging them early, and pointing to the actions that resolve them. We are an early-stage, venture-backed company, a growing pipeline, and a major product launch ahead. You will work directly with the founder.
About the role
We are looking for a highly resourceful Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founders.
This is not a strategy or consulting role.
The go-to-market motion is already in place. Your job is to help execute it exceptionally well, keep the pipeline moving, remove operational bottlenecks, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This role is for someone who enjoys building from zero, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to be part of an early-stage company where speed matters.
What you will do
Sales & GTM Operations
• Manage and maintain the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects consistently until there is a clear outcome.
• Schedule customer meetings and manage calendars.
• Coordinate trial onboarding and customer communications.
• Track every prospect through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare meeting notes and follow-up actions.
• Ensure no qualified lead is forgotten.
Lead Generation
• Research and identify target companies.
• Build prospect lists.
• Support outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
• Enrich lead data.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline.
Marketing Operations
• Help execute marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate content publishing.
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns.
• Track campaign performance.
• Keep marketing projects moving.
AI & Automation
We use AI extensively. You will be expected to use AI tools to:
• Draft emails.
• Summarise customer calls.
• Generate marketing assets.
• Prepare reports.
• Improve internal workflows.
• Automate repetitive tasks wherever possible.
We care more about shipping work than doing everything manually.

Experience in sales, operations, customer success, startup operations, or founder support is a plus, but execution matters more than years of experience.

This is an early-stage startup.
That means there will be periods of intense execution and long hours. Some weeks will require doing whatever it takes to move the company forward. If you are looking for a role with clear boundaries and predictable days, this is not it.
