The Team
The Real Estate Division is one of the largest in the firm, comprising nearly 200 lawyers nationwide. The Manchester office alone is home to multiple partners and other fee earners, making it a substantial, high-performing hub. The work is varied and high-profile, spanning office, retail, leisure, development, and regeneration schemes.
The Role
As a Managing Associate, you will manage your own caseload of complex commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work, property management, and sales and acquisitions.
A significant part of the role will be supervising and mentoring junior fee earners, helping to shape their development and contributing to the strength of the team. Business development is expected and supported, giving you the platform to build strong client relationships and play a key part in the team’s continued growth.
