What you’ll be doing

As a Paid Social Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering high-performing paid social campaigns from strategy through to execution and optimisation. You’ll work closely with clients, lead campaign performance across multiple platforms, provide valuable insights and recommendations, and play an important role in mentoring junior team members. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with client management and wants to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Develop media plans that align with client objectives and campaign KP
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets and pacing, making data-led optimisations to maximise results
  • Produce detailed campaign reports, performance insights and recommendations
  • Present results and strategy to clients, becoming a trusted point of contact
  • Identify opportunities to test new features, platforms and campaign strategies
  • Collaborate with wider digital marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Support, mentor and develop junior members of the te
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with best practices

What we’re looking

  • Previous experience managing Paid Social campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing age
  • Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and Pinterest
  • Experience planning, launching and optimising campaigns against performance and brand objectives
  • Comfortable analysing campaign data and translating it into meaningful insights for clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience managing client relationships
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine passion for digital marketing
  • Previous mentoring or people management experience would be advantage
  • Meta Blueprint or similar platform certifications are a bonus
